Players will come across a roulette table in the Parlor area of the Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem. The table is interactable, with a ball that will go around the wheel and land in one of the numbered pockets. While this setup looks like a prop that’s only part of the environment, there’s a way for players to actually win the game of roulette and earn a secret Antique Coin as a reward. Here’s what to do with the roulette table in RE9.
The roulette table featured in this guide is a puzzle in Resident Evil Requiem, not a real gambling activity. GameRant does not endorse or promote gambling in any form.

How to Solve the Roulette Table Puzzle in Resident Evil Requiem
There’s a roulette table in the Parlor, located in the West Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem. If you’re visiting this area for the first time, the room will be locked, and you’ll need to find a Red Jewel to unlock this door with the unicorn.
After getting inside the room, you’ll spot a large roulette table and a cabinet that offers items to upgrade Grace’s stats in exchange for Antique Coins. First, pick up an Antique Coin atop the roulette table. Now, give the roulette wheel a spin just to test it out.
Now, you’ll notice several betting numbers printed on the table. The secret to solving the roulette table puzzle in Resident Evil 9 Requiem is to shoot the number “29” once. You’ll hear a different auditory queue after you’ve shot the number to confirm your betting number.
If you don’t have any bullets, there’s a white vase at the back of the room that you can break to get 10x Handgun Bullets.
Now give the roulette wheel a spin, and the ball will land on the number 29. Wait a while, and you’ll hear a winning audio cue, and an Antique Coin will appear on the roulette table in Resident Evil 9 Requiem. It’s a nice little secret in the game, but you cannot repeat this activity to earn unlimited Antique Coins; the developers made sure of that.
