The One Piece story has an incredible power system stemming from the mystical powers of the Devil Fruits. Within this power system of Devil Fruits, Eiichiro Oda, the creator of the story, established three types of fruits: Zoan, Paramecia, and Logia. The most common and versatile type is Paramecia, which does not abide by any specific rules. Gecko Moria’s Shadows Asgard

Devil Fruit: Kage Kage no Mi
Gecko Moria is a member of the Shichibukai that Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates came face-to-face with during the Thriller Bark arc. Back then, Moria was definitely an impressive antagonist. He ate the Kage Kage no Mi, granting him control over shadows. With his Devil Fruit, Moria unlocks a powerful Paramecia transformation called Shadows Asgard. By collecting shadows and then imbuing them into himself, he grows in strength, size, and power. His power level is directly linked to the amount of shadows he takes in and the base strength of the shadows themselves. This form can be a bit difficult to control, which was his undoing, but in terms of power, it is immaculate.

Pica’s Stone Form

Devil Fruit: Ishi Ishi no Mi
The Dressrosa Arc of One Piece saw Luffy and some of the Straw Hat Pirates take on the Donquixote Family in hopes of freeing Dressrosa. While Doflamingo took central stage, another of his subordinates that was highlighted was Pica.
Pica uses the Ishi Ishi no Mi. This Paramecia Devil fruit that allows him to fuse with and manipulate stone. With this power, Pica was able to fuse and take over a big chunk of the plateau in Dressrosa. This allowed him to attain a giant form made of stone. This is one of the largest transformations seen in One Piece. His strength was definitely overwhelming at first, and Zoro had to specifically locate Pica’s own body to take it down.

Sanjuan Wolf’s Body Enlargement

Devil Fruit: Deka Deka no Mi
Sanjuan Wolf is a part of one of the strongest pirate crews around, the Blackbeard Pirates. During the timeskip, the Blackbeard Pirates only grew in strength as they had been collecting overpowered Devil Fruits to feed to their core members. At the same time, during the timeskip, an incredible Paramecia Devil Fruit known as the Deka Deka no Mi appeared. This Devil Fruit allows one to change their size and grow drastically.
On the surface, this might sound a bit underwhelming. However, for a Giant like Sanjuan Wolf, being able to grow tenfold in size means that he can attain even the size of an island. This is an incredibly destructive power, and he can take on some of the strongest characters in the One Piece world using his sheer size alone. This Devil Fruit transformation is not to be underestimated and has cemented itself as one of the most OP of the Paramecia type.

Devil Fruit: Hana Hana no Mi
Nico Robin is the archeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. In her possession, she has the Hana Hana no Mi, or the Flower Flower devil fruit. This fruit allows her to sprout her body and individual parts almost anywhere, and even combine them to produce larger limbs.
Robin’s Devil Fruit was taken to the next level during the Onigashima Raid, where she fought and took on one of the strongest Tobiroppo, Black Maria. In this battle, Robin unlocked her strongest transformation, Demonio Fleur. In this form, Robin’s skin turns red, and her size grows drastically. She also sprouts demonic wings and horns. Her strength in this form increases tremendously, and she was even able to brutally break Black Maria’s back.

Venom Demon
User: Magellan
Devil Fruit: Doku Doku no Mi
In One Piece, not many antagonists caused Luffy as much trouble as Magellan. Magellan is the former Warden of Impel Down, and he acted as a massive barrier between Luffy and Ace during the Impel Down arc. He has a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit known as the Doku Doku no Mi. This fruit allows him to produce lethal poisons with the potential to kill almost anyone it touches.
With this power, Magellan can tap into one of the most destructive Paramecia transformations called Venom Demon. Magellan produces large amounts of deadly poisons that take on the form of a demon. This transformation gives him a larger form and makes it so that anyone or anything he touches or approaches his vicinity gets poisoned.

Big Father

Devil Fruit: Shiro Shiro no Mi
One of the more forgotten but still impressive members of the Worst Generation, Capone Bege took on a major role during Whole Cake Island, where he decided to assist the Straw Hat Pirates in an attempted assassination of Yonko Big Mom. This assassination attempt quickly turned sour when Big Mom was easily able to knock back their attacks with her Conqueror’s Haki.
To protect themselves from the Big Mom Pirates, Bege unleashed his Shiro Shiro no Mi’s ultimate form — Big Father. Big Father allows Bege to turn into a fortress. This fortress was definitely sturdy and could withstand most attacks, but against someone like Big Mom and her crew, this was not enough. It still remains one of the most impressive Paramecia-based transformations in the series, and a stronger user could have made it even more overpowered.

Gear 5

Devil Fruit: Toshi Toshi No Mi
Gear 5 is technically Monkey D. Luffy’s ultimate ability that he uses with his Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. However, this transformation has also been used through a Paramecia Devil Fruit in Egghead.
Jewelry Bonney showcases her true strengths with her Toshi Toshi no Mi. With this fruit, she is able to distort the future. After seeing Luffy make use of Gear 5, she distorts her own future to become Nika and taps into Gear 5. While Bonney’s Gear 5 isn’t as strong as Luffy’s and can’t last as long, it was still strong enough to fight head-on against the Five Elders, an impressive feat, especially for a 12-year-old. This makes Gear 5 one of the strongest Paramecia transformations out there.

Big Mom’s Soul Transformation

Devil Fruit: Soru Soru no Mi
When speaking of the strongest Paramecia transformation out there, the strongest is undoubtedly Big Mom’s. Big Mom possesses the Soru Soru no Mi, which allows her to extract and control souls.
In the Wano Arc, Big Mom took on two of the strongest members of the Worst Generation — Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid. With the two of them having awakened their Devil Fruits, Big Mom had to tap into her ultimate ability, which allows her to sacrifice a portion of her lifespan to gain a massive transformation power-up. In this transformation, Big Mom grows tremendously in size, and her strength is multiplied. With this form, Big Mom was technically never defeated. Instead, Law and Kid had to knock her off Onigashima. She also had an island’s stock worth of explosives accidentally thrown on her. This form remains, by far, the strongest Paramecia transformation out there.
