The Omni-King is the Lord of All Things, ruler of the multiverse, and the single most powerful being to exist in Dragon Ball. Zeno is the current Omni-King, holding the title hundreds of millions of years after Lord Rymus from Dragon Ball DAIMA held the crown for himself. The only characters who don’t fear Zeno in Dragon Ball are the ones who don’t know him yet (and Goku, who’s managed to strike up a strong friendship with the little Omni-King).
As small and gentle as Zeno looks, he is extremely dangerous. Any version of Zeno can kill the most powerful Dragon Ball characters in existence with zero effort whatsoever. The only characters strong enough to truly defeat any version of Zeno are other versions of Zeno. Not only can no other Dragon Ball character defeat the Omni-King, it’s unlikely any anime can, even the most overpowered.

Anime Zeno is Still Stronger Than 99% of Fictional Characters
Dragon Ball Super Anime
Anime Zeno is the weakest of the Zenos, but only because his timeline is currently cut off earlier than other variants – this Zeno just hasn’t been around as much, or given enough opportunities to rack up feats. That said, he’s introduced as a deceptively powerful being feared by even the strongest people Goku and Vegeta have ever met.
Anime Zeno can be downright chilling at times, especially when he’s losing his patience. Anime Zeno feels like a loose cannon who can go off at any time, which is no good considering how easily he can destroy everything around him. Other than the other Omni-Kings, there is no one in the multiverse who can hurt Anime Zeno.

Manga Zeno is Much More Feared Than His Anime Counterpart
Dragon Ball Super Manga
Manga Zeno is a bit stronger than his anime counterpart, albeit only because he’s shown up more recently (and not even that recent). Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol will give anime-fans their last look at Zeno for a while and give Anime Zeno an edge over Manga Zeno, but for now, Toyotarou’s Omni-King is slightly stronger.
Like with the anime, Manga Zeno handles all the erasures in the Tournament of Power alongside Future Zeno and strikes fears into the Gods of Destruction with their mere presence. The end of the Moro Saga shows that Zeno can just casually ride Beerus like a pony, with Beerus presumably going as fast as he can without using Ki. Given that Beerus is the strongest Destroyer and Manga Zeno is just casually riding him, he’s much stronger.

Lord Rymus Created the Multiverse Before Zeno Even Existed
Dragon Ball DAIMA
Zeno may be the Omni-King, but he did not create the multiverse; he merely inherited it. The real creator of the multiverse is Lord Rymus, a Super Majin hailing from the Demon Realm. Lord Rymus was introduced in Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 10, which revealed he created all the different universes, before exploring all 18 and crowning himself the uncontested ruler of the multiverse: a title he clearly no longer holds by Dragon Ball Super.
Very little is known about Lord Rymus other than the fact he was born in the Demon Realm. Interestingly, the Demon Realm seems to have already existed before Rymus. Rymus merely created the multiverse the main characters come from. In a sense, this makes the Demons the original beings in the Dragon Ball multiverse, with everything after – like Kais, Angels, humans, and Saiyans – coming long after the fact. Naturally, the fact Rymus’ reign went unchallenged after he traveled the multiverse speaks to his power.

Future Zeno Has the Highest Kill Count in the Series
Dragon Ball Super Anime & Manga
The Zeno from Future Trunks’ multiverse has killed more characters than anyone else in Dragon Ball – possibly even anime history. Just like Present Zeno in both the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga, Future Zeno erased six of the original 18 universes. Present Zeno never erased the rest of his multiverse, however. In the Goku Black Saga, Goku uses his Zeno button in the future to summon Future Zeno to the battlefield where Zamasu is being fought.
Disgusted by how Fused Zamasu has corrupted the entire multiverse, Zeno is left with no choice but to erase literally everything in existence. In a matter of seconds, all of reality fades away as Zeno destroys the very concept of life itself alongside every living thing, God, and Angel. Despite being immortal, Fused Zamasu dies alongside everyone else as Trunks’ timeline is rendered into a blank, empty, colorless void where Future Zeno floats mindlessly. Lord Rymus may be able to create anything, but even he would be erased by Future Zeno.

CC Zeno is the Most Powerful Being in the Multiverse
Super Dragon Ball Heroes
The Capsule Corp. Timeline is a version of the Dragon Ball universe from Super Dragon Ball Heroes where almost every single series, movie, and spin-off happened regardless of any continuity issues. This results in the main characters being significantly stronger than just about every other anime cast in the medium. CC Zeno doesn’t have any on-screen feats, unlike his other counterparts, but he has to be the strongest by sheer virtue of coming from the CC timeline.
CC Zeno has to be extremely powerful for no other reason than the fact Hearts consider him enough of a threat to try to eliminate. Not just that, Hearts is one of the strongest Dragon Ball villains of all time, and far outclasses everybody in the main timeline. Even with his amount of power, Hearts never would have stood a chance against Capsule Corp. Zeno. If every version of Zeno were put in a room and made to fight, CC Zeno would be the winner.
