A 22-year-old New Jersey man who was lying on the FDR Drive died after he was run over by two cars, police said Thursday.

Witnesses told police that the victim, Justin Siguencia, was already sprawled out across one lane on the northbound side of the highway near E. 106th St. in East Harlem just after 11:55 p.m. Wednesday when he was struck by a passing 2026 Honda SUV driven by a 35-year-old man and then a 2016 Mini Cooper driven by a 45-year-old woman.

Siguencia died at the scene. He lived in Belleville, N.J., about 23 miles from where he was killed.

Cops on Saturday were trying to determine how Siguencia ended up lying on the busy highway.
