A second suspect in a wild car takeover that terrorized a Queens neighborhood was arrested Friday, cops said.

Winston Pat, 20, was apprehended by an NYPD warrant squad and charged with reckless endangerment, riot and reckless driving for the car meetup in Middle Village on April 18.

Pat hung his head and did not comment as he was escorted in handcuffs out of the 104th Precinct station house. Asil Assaidi, 22, was previously charged in the car takeover, after police identified him as the driver of a blue Infiniti recorded doing donuts at the intersection. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

An NYPD spokesman could not say what role Pat played in the mayhem, but City Council Member Phil Wong applauded the arrest in what he described as a “reckless event” that “put lives at risk.”

“The arrest… is another step toward accountability,” Wong said. “If you take part in this chaos, you will be found and you will be held accountable.”

Pat lives in the Oakland Gardens section of Queens, about nine miles away from the the “Fast & Furious”-style takeover at Eliot Ave. and 69th St. where roughly 100 cars were spotted drag racing, doing donuts and performing other stunts around a ring of fire set with accelerant.

When cops arrived to break up the scene around 1:40 a.m. most of the participants scattered. But three people jumped on the hood of a police car, breaking its windshield, before piling into a black Nissan with no license plates and zooming north on 69th St. They are wanted for criminal mischief.

Earlier that night, the same group of people tried to hold a car meetup in another Queens neighborhood not too far away but police shut it down, Wong said.

“These issues are serious. This is a public safety issue,” Wong said earlier this week. “When you set a road on fire, when you close down a street, that’s criminal.”

Assaidi’s cars, including a blue Infiniti and a purple Infiniti, were both seized by police.

In addition to the people who jumped on the cop car, police are looking for other drivers and passengers, including three people who posed for a photo wearing keffiyehs obscuring their faces, with only their eyes visible, who were in a silver BMW X3 with a Connecticut license plate, #BW98494, and three people in sweatsuits who were in a white BMW sedan with no plates.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
