The Altarpieces, also known as Figures, can be equipped at a Prie Dieu or Shrine in Blasphemous 2. Each one provides a passive effect that can make exploration, platforming, and boss fights considerably easier.
The Third Sin DLC has added several new Altarpieces to the game, some of which directly enhance the capabilities of the new weapon, Embrujo. If you’re looking to collect every Figure and expand your build options, the guide below covers all of their locations.

All Altarpiece Locations in Blasphemous 2
Eliseo
Effect: Increases base Embrujo damage.
From the Prie Dieu located in the middle of Stone Entrails, head left into the next room. In this room, drop down and make your way to the far left side, where you can hit the wall to reveal a hidden passage. Here, you will encounter several enemies. Defeating them allows you to open the chest and obtain the Eliseo figure.
The Perfidy
Effect: The effectiveness of the servant accompanying the Penitent One increases according to the Fervour accumulated by the latter. The greater the Fervour, the greater the promptness of the servant.
Go back to the same shrine as the previous collectible, head down the ladder on the right, and enter the next room. Drop down and go right to find a Red Crest Gate that can only be opened with a Ring obtained through progression in the DLC. Go past it, grapple upward, and make your way to the next room. Here, you will need to complete a Bell section to reach the chest containing the altarpiece.
The Grief
Effect: Grants invulnerability while using Bile Flasks.
From the eastern shrine in Stone Entrails, head right and drop down to land on the platform just before the spikes. Hit the wall on the right to reveal a hidden passage. Then make your way up to find this altarpiece on the platform to the left.
Lady of the Mist
Effect: Defeating enemies gradually increases the damage dealt by all weapons up to a maximum level. This bonus is completely lost upon death, taking damage, or resting at a Prie Dieu.
Go right from the Usurped Halls Prie Dieu until you exit the room. In the next room, keep heading upward and take the first path on the left to find the chest.
Crescencia
Effect: Servants inflict contact damage on enemies.
From the western shrine in Geometry of Knowledge, head left and then make your way all the way up in the next room to exit through the left side. Continue left and, when you reach the vertical section of The Vibrating of the Organs, head down and exit through the passage on the left. You will spot a chain hanging down. Jump and try to land on it, then grab the item to obtain the figure.
The Ascension
Effect: Performing Passage of Ash causes the Penitent One to release a shockwave that damages enemies.
Fast travel to the middle Prie Dieu in Geometry of Knowledge, climb the ladder, and exit into the room on the right. On the right side of this room is a movable shelf that functions as a ladder. Hit it until it reaches the far left corner. You can then climb it and interact with the chest above.
The Judicious One
Effect: Increases Embrujo Unholy damage.
From the shrine in Usurped Halls, head all the way to the right until you reach a Red Crest Gate. Continue exploring the area and keep climbing upward. Eventually, you will reach a room in The Vibrating of the Organs where you can head left to spot a switch above you. Activating it enables two grapple points that can be used to reach the altarpiece.
Inner Voice
Effect: Wail of the Flame uses less of the gauge’s power.
Head left from the western Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of the Organs. Grapple across to the other side and enter the next room. Start heading down and to the right. When you reach the ladder with the shortcut switch, look slightly above you to spot a grapple point leading to the chest.
Cartography of the Bones
Effect: Enemy attacks that would normally knock down the Penitent One now cause knockback instead.
From the shrine in the middle of The Vibrating of the Organs, where you obtain the Ring that opens the Red Crest Gates, head all the way right until you reach the elevator room. Call the elevator up and jump on top of it to find the chest containing the final altarpiece.
