The Winter’s Jest event for Phasmophobia in 2025 is in full swing, and players are having fun evading Krampus, while filling up his bag with gifts and opening scary jack-in-the-boxes. However, some of the symbols on the naughty-and-nice list are a tad hard to decipher. This guide will walk players through each symbol and its corresponding gift, which players must find and throw into the bag outside the front door.

The locations of these gifts have been included for the Edgefield Road map so that players can familiarize themselves with how it all works on a fairly small map. Gifts thankfully spawn in the same place every time, but the challenge comes with finding them on other maps, with four maps in rotation each day for the Winter’s Jest event.
If a list requires multiple of the same gifts, they can be found in the same room.
All Nice List Symbols & Gifts In Phasmophobia
There are nine different gifts to find for the nice list in Phasmophobia, but thankfully, players will never get all of these at once. Note that some of the locations make sense thematically. For example, the Gingerbread Man is found in the kitchen, the Candy Canes are ready to eat on the dining room table, and the Elf is found in a child’s room. This logic will hopefully help on other maps too.

All Naughty List Symbols & Gifts In Phasmophobia
There are just three gifts to find for the naughty list in Phasmophobia, and while they don’t have official names and might be something else, here they will be called Twigs, Coal, and Stones. On the 42 Edgefield Road map, at least, these are found in dark places such as utility rooms and basements, or in the case of coal, by the fireplace. Try to use this logic to find naughty list gifts on other maps.
All the naughty list gifts have a red ribbon tied around them.
