Derek’s love of games came at an early age when his parents first brought home the Nintendo Entertainment System. From then on, countless nights were spent hunting ducks, stomping turtles, exploring far off planets, and combing through dungeons with a trusty sword and shield. Originally growing up exclusively with Nintendo products, Derek’s perspective grew to include other platforms ranging from Sony, to Microsoft, the PC, and more. As his views and opinions grew, so did the desire to connect with other players and video game fans. Steam Refunds Player With 470 Hours in Battlefield 6
According to a recent Reddit post, one Battlefield 6 player with 470 hours in the game has just been given a full refund on Steam.
While it may not be the biggest update Battlefield 6 has seen, this latest patch introduces a number of improvements and enhancements to the game. EA and Battlefield Studios have continued to make improvements to gadgets and vehicles, including a fix for the laser designator to now correctly function when targeting fighter jets in Battlefield 6’s Carrier Strike game mode. Oddly enough, there was a bug that previously made it, so soldiers in the water could not be damaged by helicopter miniguns, which has now been fixed with this update. In addition, the EOD Bot Arm now functions as a light melee weapon, allowing players to run faster while no longer providing heavy weapon-style destruction.
The update has also addressed a number of odd behaviors by the enemy AI, including one head-scratching bug that would result in NPCs in boats on Wake Island leaving the combat area and being eliminated on their own. Custom Lobbies in Battlefield 6’s Portal also recieved a few fixes, including the Start button no longer becoming unresponsive after pausing during an active lobby countdown or opening the Lobby Settings.
