Luffy and Zoro are the most iconic duo in the series, and despite being powerful, some are even stronger than they are.
Buggy’s Strongest Attack Is Barely Effective Anymore
Crew: Cross Guild
Buggy is undoubtedly the luckiest character in the entire story, as he has always managed to fail upwards, which has eventually led to his appointment as one of the Emperors of the Sea. However, Buggy has never really had many notable attacks, usually resorting to his Buggy Balls, crew, or underhanded tactics to do the dirty work. This is mostly because Buggy makes no secret about the fact that he isn’t really a fighter, so even his strongest attacks aren’t worth much.
Big Mom’s Maser Cannon Had Immense Power
Crew: Big Mom Pirates
Technically, the most powerful attack that Big Mom had ever shown was her Ikkoku Sovereignty, which was her joint technique with Kaido which utilized Conqueror’s Haki during the events of Wano. However, her strongest move using just her own power is the Maser Cannon, which essentially comprises of her extracting the maximum amount of power she can from her most powerful homies and shooting out an immensely powerful stream of energy, enough to eviscerate anyone she goes up against.

Shanks’ Divine Departure Originally Belonged To Roger
Crew: Red Hair Pirates
Within the modern era of One Piece, there is perhaps no better user of Conqueror’s Haki than Shanks himself, who was able to use his mastery of the power to awaken his own iteration of Roger’s legendary technique merely by seeing it, allowing him to let out a massive wave through his sword to incapacitate his opponents. Although this move was exceptionally strong and made short work of Kid, it’s ultimately shown to be very precise and targeted at one person instead of overtly destructive to cause maximum damage. Of course, Shanks has had very sparing appearances throughout the series, so he may have an even stronger attack, but so far, Divine Departure is his greatest move.

Kaido’s Flaming Bagua Was A Terrifying Technique
Crew: Beast Pirates
Kaido’s strength remains among the greatest in the series, even to this day. Although he was an absolute powerhouse in terms of Haki, his Devil Fruit powers were some of the most terrifying in One Piece, especially when he did his Flaming Bagua technique. This essentially covers his entire Dragon form in a massive aura of fire, increasing its size even more. The destructive potential of this attack is off the charts, as Kaido is able to dwarf and destroy entire islands while using this technique.
Whitebeard And Blackbeard Can Destroy The Entire World
Crew: Whitebeard Pirates, Blackbeard Pirates
The Gura Gura no Mi is considered by many to be the most powerful Devil Fruit in the entire series. When Whitebeard used it, he was able to grab the very air itself as if it was a fabric, spreading massive tremors that were powerful enough to destroy entire islands with very little effort, all of which was done without a named attack by the World’s Strongest Man. However, when Blackbeard stole the fruit, he could do the same thing, though he named the attack ‘Tremor Crush’, which allowed him to inflict the same amount of destruction and damage as his former captain.

Luffy’s Bajrang Gun Is The Strongest Attack In The Series
Crew: Straw Hat Pirates
Luffy’s awakening during the Wano arc is one of the most iconic moments in the entire franchise, and much of that is because of his ultimate attack that he used against Kaido. Due to the reality-altering powers of Gear 5, Luffy was able to grow into a giant and make his hand hundreds of times larger, to the size of Onigashima itself. Once this was done, he then coated it with Conqueror’s Haki and Armament Haki, making it infinitely stronger and unleashing the attack on Kaido, which defeated him in one hit. Due to it being the size of an island and showing mastery over Haki and the Devil Fruit, this is the strongest Yonko attack.
