How To Get & Use Toy Boat In Verso’s Drafts (Expedition 33)

Gestrals may look humanoid in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, but they were originally made after the real Verso’s dog, Monoco. The companionship between Monoco and Noco also derives from the fact that Noco is the family’s younger pup in real life.

Since they’re based on an animal, the species is rather simple-minded, and they typically enjoy having fun or inciting chaos. For example, in Verso’s Drafts, a plethora of Gestrals can be seen enjoying their life, with one group of Gestrals playing boats in the water. Sadly, one of them is missing their Toy Boat, which means players must find the Toy Boat location in Expedition 33 and bring it back.

How To Use Toy Boat In Clair Obscur Expedition 33

To use the Toy Boat in Expedition 33, players must find three Gestrals that are playing with toy boats in the water.

Talk to them, and they will mention that one of their boats has gone missing, as it drifted down the water current. If you have retrieved the boat previously, you can immediately give the group the Toy Boat back and earn the reward.

To find the Gestrals that need the Toy Boat in Expedition 33, go to the Reverie Path expedition flag, then head to the shaded area, opposite to Esquie’s cousin’s location.

Stay on the right side until there’s a path to the right, leading players to the water where there are plenty of Gestrals playing. Don’t go left, as that leads somewhere else, although it can eventually lead back to this spot, since the Verso’s Drafts areas are interconnected with each other.

Toy Boat Location In Clair Obscur Expedition 33

Talk to a group of three Gestrals near the bridge, and they will mention that players can find the Toy Boat beyond the cascade. Head to the waterfall and leap down, then go under the waterfall to enter a hidden cave. Interact with the purple/pink object to get the Toy Boat in Expedition 33.

Return to the Gestral and give them the Toy Boat, and players will get a Piece of Cake. This is one of three Pieces of Cake players must get to create a Birthday Cake in Expedition 33. This item is required to open a special gingerbread door in Verso’s Drafts.
