Can You Kill the Cook in the Kitchen?
To get the Pantry Key in Resident Evil Requiem, you must first have reached a point in the story where you switch to Leon in the Care Center. After, you will need to navigate through the West Wing to find the cook. The cook usually patrols from the Kitchen to the Cold Storage, all on the ground floor of the West Wing.
The reason you need to play as Leon is because of the firepower you need to kill the cook. Grace’s weapons are not good enough, and she will easily die. With Leon, you can use x5 Shotgun Shells and x2 Grenades, and the chef will die. When the chef has been killed, you can loot the Pantry Key.
With the Pantry Key acquired, head into the Kitchen and open the door. Inside, you’ll find a bunch of blood to use, along with useful ammunition, and a Warped Closet. Inside the Warped Closet is the Connoisseur Charm, which can be placed on any weapon to increase its firepower.
