The world of ninja has advanced tremendously in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Fans know that the ninja world is no longer as it once was, and what’s more, in the future, the ninja world will be on the brink of extinction. As Boruto Uzumaki himself explains in the prologue of the series, the age of Shinobi essentially comes to an end and he is left behind as the last shinobi. Looking over at everything that has happened in the ninja world over the last few years, fans often wonder what happened to Naruto and Sasuke. Now, the new Boruto sequel series has given the fans the answer, and they are both severely incapacitated.

Boruto Uzumaki Is The Only Ninja Who Can Surpass Naruto And Sasuke
When looking at next-generation ninjas, there are only a handful that fans know hold the potential to reach the levels of Naruto and Sasuke. The three that especially stand out are Boruto, Kawaki, and Sarada. Out of these three, however, Kawaki cannot truly be considered a ninja.

This is simply because he eventually goes on to destroy the age of shinobi and he essentially throws the world into turmoil for his own desires, which is unbecoming of a ninja. Kawaki has disgraced himself as a ninja, and he cannot be considered one.
Meanwhile, Sarada is known to hold tremendous potential, but surpassing Naruto and Sasuke might be a bit too much for her. The only one who can do this is Boruto Uzumaki and this is because he is the son of Naruto and the student of Sasuke. Thanks to Sasuke and Koji, he has learned a high number of powerful Jutsu. On top of this, he has the Karma of Momoshiki Otsutsuki, and it quite clearly means that he is almost unstoppable.

With the combination of the Karma of Momoshiki and the incredible power that he acquired from his recent training, Boruto has everything that he needs to reach the highest level as a ninja. It goes without saying that both Naruto and Sasuke set a very high standard, but Boruto is one who can most certainly go on to reach their level in the future.

Boruto Is Konoha’s Strongest

Right now, it can quite clearly be said that Boruto is already the strongest ninja that Konoha has. He might already have surpassed the level of Naruto and Sasuke following their fall from grace. At their peaks, Naruto and Sasuke might still be stronger, but that won’t be the case for long. Once Boruto masters the power of the Karma fully, he will be even stronger than Momoshiki, which means he will have surpassed both Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke.
The only version of Naruto that could potentially stand above him would be Baryon Mode. However, it is also possible that Boruto will go on to unlock further powers in the future that will allow him to surpass the strongest version of Naruto as well.
