I’ve Started So I’ll Finish
To solve this puzzle, follow the wire leading to the first symbol, which is the paintbrush.
For the second and third hints, head down to find a battery that can be placed into either of the two generators nearby.
This will reveal the second and third symbols.
The final solution is:

The Clock Strikes 9-1-1
You need Catwoman and Robin unlocked to properly find the solution for this puzzle, though it can still be solved without them.
The first digit for the clock is 1.
Use Catwoman’s whip to reveal the second and third digits, which are 1 and 0.
For the fourth digit, switch to Robin and throw a Batarang at the cage.
Trace the hook afterward to reveal the final digit, which is 5.
Set the clock to “11:05” to solve the puzzle.
Garage Banned
You need Nightwing unlocked for this puzzle.
Head to the entrance of the building and call in the Batmobile.
Pull open the door so you can enter the building.
Break the box on the left using a Batarang and build the mechanism.
Use Batman’s hook gadget on the right side and build the second mechanism.
Switch to Nightwing and insert his weapon to lower the hydraulic car lift.
Switch back to Batman and drive the Batmobile onto the lift.
Exit the vehicle once the platform turns green.
As Batman, stand on the switch on the right.
As Robin, stand on the switch on the left and use his Batarang to hit the three connectors on the wall.
On the Right Track
To solve this puzzle, you need to move the freight cars with the symbols on them.
First, move the liquid vial car backward, pull the lever, and move it onto the left track.
Pull the lever again and move the book car behind you onto the right track.
Move the liquid vial car onto the right track.
Pull the music notes car outward completely and move the liquid vial car onto the left track.
Now only the music notes car remains.
Move it all the way back and pull the lever so you can move the car onto a different track.
Pull the lever in front of you and the puzzle should be solved.
Buoy Wonder
Next to the puzzle on the right, use Batman’s hook gadget to pull the board and then activate the lever.
As soon as the cage in the distance opens, use Jim Gordon’s gadget to jam the cogs.
Head over to the cage and collect the cube.
All In Clue Time
You need Nightwing unlocked for this puzzle.
Break all the boxes and build the machine.
Switch to Nightwing and charge the machine using his weapon.
Trace a connection from the machine to the cage and head up toward it.
You must break the line when the clock hand is between the 6 and 8 positions.
Throwing a Batarang is an easy way to break the connection at the correct time.
