LEGO has officially revealed the Arcade Pinball Machine, a new flagship set aimed at adult collectors that is scheduled for release in early summer 2026. Identified by product number 11374, the upcoming set has the potential to be a much larger hit among LEGO enthusiasts than its relatively steep price tag might suggest.

To date, LEGO has designed just one other such arcade replica: a 102-piece miniature simply called the Pinball Machine. It was treated to a limited release in June 2020 as a store promotion, which meant it did not even get a dedicated product number. Much like its modest piece count suggests, the set was not functional, thus serving as nothing more than a colorful display piece.

LEGO Is Finally Launching a Working Pinball Machine Set

Six years later, LEGO is revisiting the same concept with much more ambition. The newly announced 11374 Arcade Pinball Machine features 2,274 pieces and measures in at 9 x 15 x 11 in. Most notably, it is fully functional, featuring two working flippers operated by side buttons. The ambitious set will officially launch as part of LEGO’s evergreen Icons theme in just a few weeks’ time; it was given a July 4 release date and a $229.99 price tag.

In the immediate lead-up to its debut, the latest LEGO arcade cabinet set will have a three-day early access period beginning July 1. During this limited window of opportunity, the kit will be exclusively available to members of the LEGO Insiders loyalty program, which is free to join. The Danish toymaker mentioned nothing in the way of an official pre-order period. Although that is somewhat unusual for a set of this size, it is far from unprecedented. Large LEGO sets with thousands of pieces but no pre-order window are often planned to remain in production for a relatively long time, so long as there is demand for them. This is one of the most common scenarios in which LEGO typically skips pre-orders.

11374 Arcade Pinball Machine is a space-themed offering that reuses some parts from LEGO’s recent space sets. It comes with two minifigures: an astronaut and a baby astronaut, commonly called “space baby” in collector circles. The tabletop replica features a detailed pinball playfield, complete with a ramp, spinning bumpers, and a classic spring-loaded launcher.

A $229.99 price tag would typically limit the commercial potential of a new LEGO set to a significant degree. That may still be the case here, but LEGO 11374 Arcade Pinball Machine has one notable advantage: its mechanical novelty. As the first working pinball machine from the Danish manufacturer, the kit has significant rebuilding potential. In fact, it is likely only a matter of time before the LEGO community starts coming up with ways to repurpose the upcoming set’s core into completely different brick-built pinball machines. That factor alone could give 11374 Arcade Pinball Machine considerable staying power.
