LEGO’s family of modular buildings is reportedly expanding in early 2027 with an imposing Clock Tower set. The unannounced model was detailed in a new leak from a trusted insider who offered a strong indicator that the modular tower will be among the largest LEGO sets released next year.
The Modular Buildings line of the famous LEGO Icons theme traces its beginnings to 10182 Café Corner, a cozy 2,056-piece set released in October 2007 and retired in December 2009. Over the next two decades, the Danish toymaker has typically added one full-size addition to the family per year. While the very nature of plastic bricks makes them intercompatible, every Modular Buildings set lives up to that name by being specifically designed to connect into a larger street. 11371 Shopping Street is the most recent addition to the evergreen LEGO line. It launched in January 2026 as the Icons subtheme’s 21st set to date.

Half a year later, some concrete info about the next entry in the Modular Buildings line has surfaced online, courtesy of the Brick Tap community of serial LEGO leakers. Its latest report identifies the set as 11391 Clock Tower and describes it as a large-scale model containing 3,264 pieces. The new modular building is said to be targeting a January 1 release date, along with a price tag in the ballpark of $250, the report adds, citing Brick Tap’s historically reliable anonymous sources.

3,264 pieces would make the rumored Clock Tower a credible candidate for one of the 15 largest LEGO sets released in 2027.
