One of Chainsaw Man’s Most Popular Characters Is Getting a Nendoroid

Fans of Chainsaw Man are in luck, as one of the most popular characters in the series is getting his own figure courtesy of Good Smile Company’s Nendoroid Line. The company is known for its high-quality releases inspired by anime, manga, and video games, and now, those who adore Tokyo Special Division 4’s Angel Devil can add a chibi version of the character to their dedicated Chainsaw Man shelf, with preorders now open.

Tatsuki Fujimoto’s dark fantasy manga series began its run in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2018 and concluded in March 2026. It has sold over 35 million copies globally, putting it on par with other popular releases like Black Butler, One-Punch Man, and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. In 2020, fans were over the moon when they learned that MAPPA would be in charge of the anime adaptation, with Season 1 airing in late 2022. Currently, the studio is working on a sequel, which will adapt the International Assassins Arc.

The Angel Devil Joins Good Smile Company’s Nendoroid Figure Line

This week, Good Smile Company announced that the Angel Devil from Chainsaw Man would be getting his own Nendoroid release, with preorders currently open until September 2. Priced at $48.99, the figure comes with a stand and several face plates, including a straight face, an eating face, and a panicked face, along with an ice cream cone and a spear for those wanting to recreate some of the character’s most iconic moments. Angel stands at approximately 3.94 inches in height, and those who order the Nendoroid can expect to receive it between April 1 and June 30, 2027.

MAPPA celebrated its 15th anniversary in July, with celebrations planned throughout 2026. The studio recently released several new visuals to celebrate its most popular works, including Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, and the final season of Attack on Titan. The MAPPA Expo 15th Anniversary event will be held at the Yurakucho Museum in Tokyo from September 16 to December 7, 2026, and guests will be able to enjoy large-scale installations and video presentations honoring many of the studio’s works, along with exclusive merchandise and bonuses.

Stunningly, Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, released in October 2025, has gone down in history, bringing in a staggering $191 million worldwide to put it on par with other popular anime-inspired films such as Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and Pokemon: The First Movie. The film notably displayed a slightly different visual style, with character designs being altered to better reflect Fujimoto’s manga style. The movie is currently available to stream on Crunchyroll, and several Reze Arc pop-up shops are slated to open later this month in Japan, offering tons of brand-new merchandise inspired by the film.

In June, MAPPA announced the first Chainsaw Man video game, though details surrounding the project are currently few and far between. It seems that the title will take place during Part 1, potentially between the events of The Movie: Reze Arc and the International Assassins Arc anime adaptation, giving fans a chance to gear up for the next season. The Chainsaw Man Mobile Game release date and potential platform details outside of mobile have yet to be revealed.
