Using A Controller In Highguard

The advantage of using a controller will always be comfort, as players can sit back and enjoy their games without having to sit up straight at their keyboard and mouse. However, in a competitive PvP game, players will likely want to sit up and focus anyway.

In terms of aiming, the controller isn’t as precise or fast as a mouse, and this is also the case when buying items and sorting the inventory in Highguard. As items are bought during the course of the game, potentially with enemies around, it’s best to do this fast with a mouse.

Another downside of the controller is that it’s easy to accidentally mount up by double-tapping A or Cross. It is then a different button to dismount.
