Here are Tuesday’s biggest calls on Wall Street: Deutsche Bank upgrades Netflix to buy from hold Deutsche said shares are compelling at current levels. “We are upgrading Netflix t o Buy, from Hold, and lowering our PT to $95, from $100, on our lower OI and FCF estimates after updating for 2Q earnings.” Read more. Bank of America reiterates Apple as buy Bank of America said Muse concerns are overdone. “The risk for Apple is that it can keep every handset sale and still lose discovery, referral, and transaction initiation. Despite the emerging risks, we view Apple as an eventual winner of AI at the edge.” Citi reiterates Nvidia as buy Citi said it likes the company’s buyback announcement on Monday. “We believe the expanded buyback reinforces NVIDIA’s view that strong AI-driven free cash flow growth can support both strategic investments and substantial shareholder returns.” TD Cowen initiates SpaceX as buy TD Cowen said it sees a “mammoth AI and space opportunity.” “In the near term, we expect SpaceX’s terrestrial AI compute leasing (with customers including Google & Anthropic) to comprise the company’s fastest growing revenue stream and majority of overall SPCX rev by 1Q27, driven by ramping terrestrial GW capacity.” Read more. CLSA initiates SpaceX as buy CLSA said the company has plenty of upside. “The foundation of its value proposition is Starship; launch costs are capitalised to Connectivity and AI to create self-reinforcing revenue, cash and capital flows. SpaceX AI’s offering is the most unique globally, and may revive American manufacturing.” Bernstein initiates AutoZone as outperform Bernstein said it’s bullish on the auto parts company. “We prefer AZO as we see greater upside potential for DIFM-driven [do it for me] growth.” Stifel upgrades Staar Surgical to buy from hold Stifel said it sees an attractive entry point for the medtech company. “We are upgrading STAA f rom Hold to Buy.” Roth initiates Nautilus Biotechnology as buy Roth said the biotech company has a differentiated offering. “We initiate coverage of NAUT with a Buy rating and $3.50 price target.” Wells Fargo upgrades Main Street Capital to overweight from equal weight Wells said it sees earnings upside. “We are upgrading MAIN to Overweight from Equal Weight. MAIN’s dividend coverage remains tight, but its earnings stream is well grounded in the long run to us, and recent fundamentals have continued to impress.” Melius upgrades Kroger to buy from hold Melius said it sees “an attractive disconnect between Kroger’s earnings growth and its valuation.” ” Kroger is showing that it can fund a stronger value proposition without a structural margin reset, with sourcing, procurement, shrink, productivity, and a differentiated retail media business providing a larger self-help opportunity than appreciated…” StoneX initiates Gorilla Technology Group as buy StoneX said the software company has plenty more room to run. “We are initiating coverage on Gorilla Technology Group (GRRR) with a Buy rating and $25 PT.” JPMorgan upgrades Bloomin’ Brands to neutral from underweight The firm said it’s more constructive after a meeting with Bloomin’ Brands management. “We were pleased to have a private in-Outback Steakhouse full menu lunch with CEO Mike Spanos, CFO Eric Christel, President of Outback Pat Hafner and many others in brand management. This was our first official experience with the new Outback, which reminds us a lot of the brand of 20-30+ years ago when lines were often out the door.” JPMorgan downgrades PepsiCo to neutral from overweight JPMorgan said in its downgrade of PepsiCo t hat it’s concerned about a series of tailwinds. “However, excluding these non-recurring tailwinds, judging from the tracked channel and recent price increase announcements, we believe trends in North America have likely continued to underperform management expectations.” Goldman Sachs reinstates Baker Hughes as buy Goldman said shares are attractive. “We are reinstating a rating on Baker Hughes (BKR) at Buy, with a 12-month price target of $71, implying 23% upside from current levels.” Oppenheimer initiates FuelCell Energy as outperform Oppenheimer said the company has a unique offering. “We initiate coverage of FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) with an Outperform rating and a $24 PT.” Evercore ISI initiates Butterfly Network as outperform Evercore said the ultrasound imaging company has a large total addressable market. ” BFLY pioneered Ultrasound-on-Chip, with roots in handheld point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) now expanding into a chip licensing platform.” JPMorgan initiates AbCellera as overweight JPMorgan says the biotech company has plenty of upside ahead. “We are initiating coverage of AbCellera (ABCL) with an OW and a Dec-2027 PT of $17.” TD Cowen reiterates Dell as hold The firm raised its price target to $550 per share from $500 following meetings with management. “We hosted DELL I R Head, Paul Frantz, for investor meetings last week.” Goldman Sachs initiates Adaptive Biotechnologies as buy Goldman said it sees “significant room for further market penetration and TAM expansion.” “We are initiating coverage on Adaptive Biotechnologies (ADPT) with a Buy rating and $35 price target, representing 23% upside, as we believe the company has established itself as the leader in next-generation sequencing (NGS) minimal residual disease (MRD) testing, within the Heme Oncology market…”
