The male model, who is currently represented by attorney Lisa Bloom, states in his lawsuit that during a 2014 shoot, Weber pressured Boyce remove his clothes, touch his genitals, and put his fingers in the photographer’s mouth. Boyce says that he was left feeling “terrified and repulsed” and worried for his reputation, given Weber’s respected status in the fashion world; he has since given up modeling. “Mr. Boyce felt intense dread at the thought of a modeling career in an industry where Mr. Weber was considered by many to be a top photographer and primary champion of male models,” the lawsuit goes on to read, according to the New York Post. “He was worried that he would continue to run into Mr. Weber throughout his career. He experienced anxiety, depression, and high levels of stress.”

Four women accused “That ’70s Show” star Danny Masterson of raping them in the early 2000s, three of which were also Scientologists. The Los Angeles Police Department opened an investigation into the claims in 2016 but it inexplicably stalled. In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein allegations, Masterson’s case has been put under the spotlight once again. One of Masterson’s accusers filed a police report in 2004 alleging she was raped by him in 2003 while she was “passed out,” and that when she realized Materson was raping her, she struggled with him until he choked her and she passed out again. The case was not referred to the district attorney after more than 50 Church of Scientology members submitted affidavits denying the woman’s account.
