The list overviews the UK’s 500 top employers in seven sectors, including Business & Management, Hospitality, Technology, Marketing & Advertising, and Non-profit and Charities.

Using responses from current employees, entrants are scored on a range of factors, including Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Job Satisfaction, as well as their inclusiveness of the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, and younger and older workers.

Awin made the list for the third consecutive year while also being named the ‘Best Big Place to Work’ (250 – 1,999 employees) in Marketing & Advertising.

We owe this recognition to the strong culture we’ve built and our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, flexibility, and inclusivity.

The Sunday Times specifically recognised Awin’s progressive approach to work-life balance, spotlighting our Flexi-Week programme. A permanent evolution of our company-wide four-day work week, first introduced in 2021.

We also scored exceptionally high in Empowerment and Instilling Pride, with 90% of employees saying they feel empowered to make decisions at Awin.

In addition, an overwhelming majority (88%) of employees felt their wellbeing is truly valued, which we’d attribute to our flexible schedules and comprehensive wellbeing package, which includes mental health and financial coaching, physical wellness initiatives, employee resource groups, and innovative team experiences, like our popular rural retreats.

The well-being, safety, and inclusion of our people remain top priorities, and we’re proud that our efforts are reflected in this award.

Awin CEO Adam Ross comments:

“This award is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our employees. Their feedback confirms that our commitment to building a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture is making a real impact.”

“At Awin, we don’t chase trends, we focus on creating practical, people-first solutions to the evolving challenges of the modern workplace. From flexibility to wellbeing, our aim is to empower every individual to thrive.”

“This recognition is a testament to the passion, talent, and drive of our team. It motivates us to keep pushing boundaries, growing together, and building a workplace where people genuinely love to work.”

We’re honoured to be recognised by The Sunday Times, and we are more motivated than ever to continue building a workplace where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired.
