How to Farm Flowers in Ghost of Yotei

There are two main currencies in Ghost of Yotei. Mon is used for gambling, purchasing consumables, and paying for upgrades, while flowers are used to pay for cosmetic items. Players will earn more than enough of the former just by playing through the main story, but will likely find themselves running low on flowers after a little while.

Thankfully, it’s very easy to farm flowers in Ghost of Yotei, as there’s a spot in the Yotei Grasslands where a Yotei’s Shadow Rose will always spawn. This means that players can simply reload from the last checkpoint after collecting it and then grab it again, allowing them to get around 40 flowers per minute once they get into the swing of things.

The Best Place to Farm Flowers in Ghost of Yotei

Before doing anything else, players should make sure to equip the Charm of Bountiful Harvest, which can be found on a tree stump to the southeast of Yotei’s Shadow Hot Spring. Doing so will double or triple the amount of flowers players get from picking one up, which can obviously come in pretty handy when it comes to farming flowers.

Next, players should look for a Saito forces outpost near a crossroads to the southeast of the Home of the Storyteller, which is to the south of Lake Shikotsu. Once they’ve cleared out the outpost, they’ll want to look for a pink Yotei’s Shadow Rose on the edge of a cliff. Upon locating it, all they’ll need to do is pick it up, which will cause the game to quicksave and create a checkpoint.

Now, players can head to the settings and choose the “Restart from Last Checkpoint” option. Doing so will cause them to respawn right on top of the Yotei’s Shadow Rose, allowing them to grab it again. By repeating this method, they can expect to gain around 40 flowers per minute. This bodes well, as they’ll need well over 1,000 to purchase all of the armor dyes and cosmetics in Ghost of Yotei.
