A Queens man reportedly FaceTimed his nephew as he allegedly fatally stabbed his wife and 2-year-old daughter, then turned the knife on himself.

The 54-year-old suspect is in critical condition after knifing himself in the chest following the horrific deaths of his family, according to ABC 7 New York.

The panicked nephew called 911, according to the station.

Officers responding to a 911 call at 7:10 p.m. on Saturday found the little girl stabbed in the chest and neck in the home on Forest Ave. near Menahan St. in Ridgewood. Her 41-year-old mother suffered multiple stab wounds to her chest, police said.

Medics took the parents to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where the woman later died. The baby girl went to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center but could not be saved.

Police identified the woman as Ana Pilatagsi-Moposita and her daughter as Analiz Cruz. So far, police have not released the name of the suspect. He was listed in critical condition and has not yet been charged as cops continue to investigate.

One neighbor said she witnessed the police frantically trying to get into the family’s apartment Saturday night.

“First they were trying to break down the door because they couldn’t get in,” said the 40-year-old neighbor, who did not want to give her name.

When police couldn’t get in through the front door, the neighbor said, they dashed out of the building and eventually got into the apartment by climbing the fire escape in the back.

That neighbor said it was then she witnessed police bring out the bodies.

“They ended up carrying out the baby first,” the neighbor recounted. “The baby was kind of like slumped over in the guy’s hands. There was blood everywhere. Baby looks like she was naked, too. And they rushed to put her in the ambulance, and then they left, and they had to run back in, and that’s when they took the father out.

“But the father didn’t have a lot of blood. … He was just bleeding from his wrist.”

The neighbor said she wasn’t able to see if the man had a chest wound.

Finally, EMTs brought out the slain mother.

“It was pretty sad,” the neighbor said. “And then when they finally took out the mom, the mom, she was also on the gurney. She was covered in a lot of blood. Looked like she had a lot of slashes. They had to do CPR on her right here in the middle of the street.”

“She was also naked, so they were trying to cover her also while doing CPR at the same time, also while trying to put her into the EMS. Yeah, it was pretty bad,” the neighbor said, adding: “We were shocked. I had no idea. I thought maybe somebody old passed away, but not, you know, a dad killing his daughter and his wife.”

Other neighbors were also stunned at the violence.

“We never would have thought that something like that would happen, because he was always calm,” said a man who spoke in Polish while his daughter interpreted. “He was never aggressive or anything like that. He was just a normal dude living next door. It’s shocking considering that they’re like, we share a wall with them, and it’s just like, so strange to hear about it.”

A third neighbor speculated the husband had lost his job recently and the family was experiencing financial difficulties. She said the husband had worked as a dishwasher in a Google building until losing his job two months ago, and that he had asked her if she knew about any job openings.

The woman worked as a home health aide and could often be seen wearing scrubs, the same neighbor said. Apart from hearing the baby crying, the neighbor said the family seemed happy and stable — from the outside. “They were a good couple,” she said. “I only heard the baby crying a lot. Monday to Sunday, 24/7.”

When she asked the family why the baby cried so often, she said the parents told her the child had a skin condition that they were treating.
