After each race in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, you can relax and enjoy a concert by your trainees and other horse girls. After all, they are not only runners, but also cute idols. However, new concerts need to be unlocked before players can experience them.

Concerts are an integral part of the game. In addition watching your favorite characters on stage, you will also receive some rewards for this. Here’s a guide on how to watch concerts, as well as unlock all the songs in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.

How to Watch Concerts in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Each of your wards can perform on stage after the races. Although this seems like a minor bonus, it is an important part of the gameplay. For the first time watching each concert, you will receive achievements and, accordingly, rewards for them. Therefore, we strongly recommend not skipping them. Players have two ways to watch concerts in Umamusume:

End of the Race

Concert Theater

The first way is the easiest. After long training and participation in the race, you will be given the choice to watch a concert or skip this event. It is worth noting that this opportunity appears even if you lose the race.

As for the Concert Theater, this is something you should definitely try. Players will find this option on the Home page. There, you will find all the songs you have unlocked in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. You can choose any and enjoy the concert again. However, this is far from all that this feature offers. Right before the concert, players can choose any Umamusume as either the main singers or backup singers. Moreover, you can change their outfit to suit your taste.

How to Unlock Songs in Umamusume

While the first song, “Make Debut!” is unlocked fairly quickly, the rest are much more difficult to obtain. At the time of writing, there are 11 songs in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Each of them is unlocked in different ways. Note that during runs, you can watch concerts with different songs. But in the Concert Theater, they will only become available after fulfilling the conditions.

Luckily, most Umamusume have several possible conditions. You only need to fulfill one to gain access to the song in the Concert Theater.
