A man was was shot to death on an upper Manhattan street early Sunday — the day after his 32nd birthday, cops said.
Bryan Scott, who turned 32 Saturday, was shot in the chest near W. 207th St. and Ninth Ave. in Inwood about 4:25 a.m. Sunday, cops said.
Medics rushed him to Harlem Hospital but he could not be saved. Scott lived in East Harlem, according to the NYPD.
His killing marks the first homicide this year in the 34th Precinct, which saw three slayings in all of 2025, according to NYPD stats.
Less than four hours earlier just four blocks away, a 22-year-old man was left clinging to life when he was shot in the neck.
The victim was rushed to Harlem Hospital in critical condition after being shot at W. 207th St. and Vermilyea Ave. about 1 a.m., cops said.
There is no immediate indication the two shootings are connected, an NYPD official said. No arrest have been made in either incident.
