One woman is accused of stabbing and slashing another to death in the Bronx apartment building where they both lived, police said Monday.
Lexus Bullock, 27, is accused of stabbing the 31-year-old victim in the chest and slashing her neck inside the five-story building on Teller Ave. near E. 171st St. in Claremont about 10:20 p.m. Sunday. The victim and suspect lived in separate apartments, according to the super.
Cops arrested Bullock for murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
Bullock is awaiting arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court.
Bullock was free without bail at the time of the stabbing after her arrest on May 24 in a misdemeanor domestic violence case on charges she attacked the father of her child inside her apartment.
Bullock punched the 30-year-old man, Mahamudu Tunkara, in the face, and choked him with her hands, while Tunkara punched Bullock as well, splitting her lip, according to a pair of criminal complaints.
Both were arrested on charges of assault and harassment, while Bullock was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
