A 25-year-old motorcycle rider was killed Thursday when he collided with a box truck turning on a bustling Queens street, police said.
Both the motorcyclist and the truck driver, 57, were heading west on Roosevelt Ave. in Woodside around 7:45 a.m. when the truck driver made a right turn onto 64th St., cops said.
The motorcyclist slammed into the turning truck and was thrown from his Kawasaki motorcycle.
Video obtained by the Daily News shows the truck veering left toward the middle of Roosevelt Ave., before then cutting right to make the sharp turn onto 64th St., at which point the biker slams into the truck’s passenger side at high speed. The collision sends both the bike and rider sliding clear across the intersection, coming to rest on the sidewalk in front of a nearby juice bar, where some good Samaritans rush to provide aid, the footage shows.
The rider died at the scene, cops said. His name was not immediately released as cops track down family members.

The box truck driver remained at the scene. No arrests have been made.
The truck was a Bakers Depot delivery truck operated by JB Freight, of Teterboro, N.J.
Cops were investigating the possibility that the motorcycle rider was traveling in between lanes at the time of the crash, a police source with knowledge of the case said.
